Jared began working with Ryan D. Azeltine in 2018 at RDAppraisal Services, LLC. As he continued to complete the Washington State Appraiser Certification, he began to work with Lanny Rhoton, and Francois Madath at NW Valuation Advisors, completing his certification in 2020. Jared continued to work as a Staff Appraiser at NW Valuation advisors for the next 5+ years. In April of 2025, Jared left NW Valuation Advisors to rejoin Ryan D. Azeltine at Pope Azeltine, Inc. as an Associate Appraiser.
